Apple Creek, OH. (Feb. 29, 2015) — Euclid® Medical Products, a trusted partner for pharmacies, third-party repackagers and long-term care facilities, announces an updated computer board system with revamped technology for unit dose packaging equipment.
Euclid®’s new, updated computer hardware system features sequential numbering on all medications, giving users the opportunity to be in compliance with 2017 FDA regulations. The new feature enables users to program automatic numbering for packaging serialization. The new computer board hardware allows the unit to connect to the computer terminal via USB, facilitating easy access connectivity to the software for printing drug labels. Standard on Euclid®’s new machines and equipment, the board can also be swapped out for its old hardware on existing systems.
